Our mission
We teach you a hard skill, in a small group, and bring you home safe.
- Start at your level. We put you in a group with people at your level on day one. Total beginners welcome.
- Get properly good. Coaches and leaders take you up one level at a time, and you can see what you can do by the last day.
- Come back with the same people. Small groups mean you get to know them. Next trip, you all go up a level.

The manifesto
Seven things we stand by.
- Close friends come from hard things done together.You don't bond over brunch. You bond halfway up a mountain at 6am.
- A trip should leave you better at something.If you come home the same, that was a holiday. Holidays are fine. They're just not what we sell.
- Beginners are welcome.Staying a beginner isn't the plan.
- We'd rather cancel a day than push on in bad conditions.Getting home safe is how you get to go again.
- We only run trips we'd go on ourselves.No copy-paste itineraries.
- We're building this to last 30 years, not to sell in 3.That means making a profit first and growing second.
- The people who'd turn up for you at 2am matter more than a bigger house.Friends you see in real life keep you happier, healthier and alive for longer. Everything we run is built to give you more of them.
