Who we are

Mission Possibly is a Singapore group of adventure brands: ESC snowboard camps, cat.treks women-only trips, ALT hiking and CurioTour family trips. Each one teaches you something hard, in a small group at your level.

About ESC (Every Season Counts)

Asia's snowsport learning institute. Most snow trips sell you a resort and a lift pass. ESC sells you progress. We run year-round snowboard and ski camps in Japan, Europe and China, for everyone from first-timers to riders with 100+ days on snow.

Our mission: to be the best snowsport institute in Asia-Pacific, making you the best rider you'll ever be. One day, we want to grow a competitive Olympian from tropical Singapore, Malaysia or Hong Kong.

How a camp works:

  • Start at your level. Camps are grouped by level, from beginner to advanced and freeride, so you ride with people like you. Close to half our guests arrive as total beginners.
  • Learn with a method. Our FUNdamentals curriculum takes you up one skill at a time, and by the last day you can see what you've learned.
  • Coached by people who've done it. Our coaches include world-ranked athletes, SnowSensei Perry and Egbert Liu, coach to Nicholas Tse and Zhou Dongyu. In Hakuba, our own crew teaches every lesson.
  • Come back with the same people. Every camp group gets its own chat before, during and after the trip. Riders level up together, then book the next camp together.

More than camps: Free Your Ride (specialist programmes to develop your own style), Steezy Snow (our five-day snowsports festival in Japan), SnowSafety (rider safety guide plus snow-sports travel insurance through our partner).

How we're different

  • A trip should leave you better at something. If you come home the same, that was a holiday. Holidays are fine. They're just not what we sell.
  • Close friends come from hard things done together.
  • We'd rather cancel a day than push on in bad conditions. Safety comes before the itinerary.
  • We only run trips we'd go on ourselves. No copy-paste itineraries.

Why we're running a creator trip

Most people in Southeast Asia think snowboarding is something other people do. We want to change that. This winter we're bringing 10 creators to Hakuba, Japan. You'll train with SnowSensei Perry and Egbert Liu, coach to Nicholas Tse and Zhou Dongyu, at an ESC progression camp, and show your audience what it really takes to learn: the falls, the breakthroughs, the onsen after. Our goal is to get you properly good this winter, and to get more people from our part of the world onto the snow.

What's in it for you

  • Train with SnowSensei Perry and Egbert Liu at your level. You pick one skill to unlock and we get you there.
  • 15–20 Dec in Hakuba, all-inclusive from Tokyo. Flights aren't included.
  • 10% commission on every camp booked with your code, all season.
  • Your followers get a free ESC helmet when they book a camp with your code.
  • A story worth telling: you, from day 1 to day 5, with our team helping you capture it.

What we ask

Come as a learner, not a tourist. Post 1 Reel before the trip, Stories during it and 1 "how I did" Reel after. Tell the real story, falls included.

Who we're looking for

Creators whose audience is mainly in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand or Indonesia, who tell stories well and want to get better at something hard. Total beginners are welcome. If your audience is mostly elsewhere, apply anyway and we'll keep you on file.

The form takes about 10 minutes. Shortlisted creators hear back by 31 October.

Other platforms (optional)

Screenshots help us decide faster. If you'd rather describe your audience, that's fine too. We may ask for screenshots before we confirm a partnership.

Option A (recommended): upload screenshots of audience insights from the last 30 days (top countries, age range, gender split, reach)

Up to 4 images, 4 MB each. Your typed answers save on this device as you go; screenshots need re-adding if you leave the page.

Option B: describe them (where most live, roughly how old, what they do for work, typical reach per post)
