About cat.treks

cat.treks is a women-only group adventure travel brand. We take women on trips they wouldn't book alone, with a crew they haven't met yet --- and most of them come home having made real friends.

We design for the part most travel companies ignore: how a group of strangers becomes a crew. That's a product problem, not a marketing one, and it runs through everything we build.

cat.treks sits alongside ESC (snowboard camps) in the same small group. You'll have your own brand to work on and a team around you who've built one before.

You make cat.treks look the way it feels: warm, confident, made by women for women. You'll design what a traveller sees from the first ad to the photos after the trip.

What you'll do

Design social posts, carousels and Stories
Make ad creatives in several sizes and versions for testing
Design trip pages, booking emails and pre-trip packs
Design the printed and in-trip pieces: welcome cards, crew guides, Blind Manifesto game materials
Keep the brand consistent — the Totoro palette, Luna, and "crew" language
Build and tidy reusable templates in Canva and Figma
Help extend the brand system as cat.treks grows

What you need

Studying, or recently graduated, in graphic, visual or communication design
A portfolio that shows layout, typography and social work
Figma, Canva and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator) skills
Takes feedback well and moves fast

Nice to have

Motion design or video editing (After Effects, CapCut)
Illustration — we have a mascot and we'd like to do more with her
An eye for travel, wellness or lifestyle brands
