Every Season Counts
Full-timeSingapore, hybrid, with travel
Most people who book with ESC first saw someone they follow riding with us.
Full-time, or part-time / contract for the right person
ESC (Every Season Counts) is a snowboard community and progression camp company based in Singapore. We run level-based camps at Bonski Guangzhou, in Japan (Hakuba, Niseko) and in Switzerland (LAAX), plus Steezy Open, our competition-festival brand.
Our riders come from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Most of them are learning to ride as adults. We help them ride better, meet their people, and come back different.
We're a small, early team. You'll own real work from week one, and you'll see what it does.
Most people who book with ESC first saw someone they follow riding with us. You own that channel end to end: who we work with, what we pay, what they deliver, and whether they come back next season.
This is a senior role. You'll be negotiating rates and usage rights with creators and their managers, and holding people to deals without burning the relationship.
Recruit 10 creators across APAC for our creator trip to Hakuba, Japan. Build the target list, pitch them, agree what each one delivers, run the trip alongside our ops team, and land the content after it. This is the benchmark the role is judged on.
Build the roster: source and score creators across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand — snowboard, travel, lifestyle, fitness — and keep a live pipeline, not a one-off list
Negotiate: rates, gifted vs paid, deliverables, posting windows, usage rights, whitelisting, exclusivity. Know when to walk away
Own the creator budget and the cost per booking it produces
Run campaigns end to end: brief, timeline, approvals, go-live, follow-up
Hold people to deliverables — track what's owed, chase it, and decide what happens when a creator doesn't deliver
Keep relationships warm between campaigns, so our best creators stay ours
Manage our athletes and ambassadors alongside paid creators
Report on reach, engagement, clicks and sign-ups per creator, and cut what doesn't work
Hand finished creator assets to Growth Marketing with rights cleared for paid use
Brief and manage freelancers or an intern once the function grows
3–5 years in creator or influencer marketing — agency, talent management or a creator-led brand preferred
A track record of campaigns you ran end to end, with results you can name
Real negotiation experience. You've said no to a rate and kept the relationship
Comfortable with contracts, usage rights and paying creators across several currencies
Fluent English, plus Cantonese or Mandarin
Existing creator relationships in APAC
Travel, sport, outdoor or adventure category experience
You've run a creator trip or press trip before
Familiar with creator discovery, tracking and whitelisting tools
You snowboard, or you're ready to learn on the job
You own a channel, a budget and a number — not a slice of someone else's plan
The product sells itself in person; you get to send creators somewhere they actually want to go
Build the function from scratch and hire into it
Hakuba trip dates, creator budget, and what ESC covers per creator
Full-time, part-time or contract
Whether an intern sits under this role, and when
A seat on a small team that moves fast and ships real things
Time on snow at our camps, where the role allows it
Direct access to the founders, not layers of management
Room to grow the role as the company grows
