About Mission Possibly

Mission Possibly is a Singapore group of adventure brands. We get people outside, teach them to get properly good at something hard, and send them home with people they'll go again with.

Two brands are live and three are launching, all run by one shared team:

  • ESC (Every Season Counts): snowboard camps that take you up a level, in Japan, Switzerland and China. Includes Steezy Snow, our snowsports festival.

  • cat.treks: adventure trips for women, led by women.

  • Launching: ALT (A Little Taller) for hiking, and CurioTour for family trips.

We are bootstrapped, profitable and building this to last 30 years, not to sell in 3. Most of our team works remotely across Asia.

About the role

You'll work directly with our CEO and take everything off his plate that isn't his best use of time: his calendar, meetings, travel, research, partner relationships and life admin. The job is built for someone who sees what's needed before being asked, and comes back with it done.

What you'll own

AreaWhat you deliver
CalendarThe week planned by Sunday night. Meetings set up across all brands and time zones, confirmations chased, focus and training time protected.
Meeting prepA one-page brief before every external meeting: who they are, what their business does, what they might want, and what we want from them.
TravelBusiness and personal trips researched and booked across Asia and Europe, with a day-by-day itinerary and costs sent ahead.
ResearchShort memos on grants, partners, organisations and markets, ending with a shortlist and a recommendation, not just links.
RelationshipsPartner gifts chosen, ordered and delivered on time. Thank-you notes and follow-ups after meetings, so nothing gets dropped.
Life adminRenewals, appointments, online bookings and personal logistics handled end to end.
ProjectsSmall projects the CEO hands over, such as comparing venues, preparing an event or organising a team offsite.

How we measure success

North Star: hours of the CEO's week returned to top-priority work. Target: 10+ hours a week by month 3.

Briefs sent before external meetings95%+, by 6pm the day before
Calendar errors (double bookings, missed confirmations)Zero a month

What you'll bring

  • 2+ years as an executive assistant, founder's associate, or in operations at a startup, agency or travel company.

  • You think ahead. You spot the clash in next week's calendar before anyone asks.

  • You work independently. You take a loose request and finish it, asking only when it really matters.

  • You're discreet with personal and business information.

  • You write clearly in English: short, accurate and easy to act on.

  • You use AI tools daily (Claude, ChatGPT or similar) for research and drafting, and you check what they give you.

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, calendar tools and online booking platforms.

  • Nice to have: Mandarin; experience in travel, events or snow sports.

How we work

  • Remote, from any country. You need at least 4 hours a day overlapping with Singapore time (GMT+8).

  • AI-first. We use Claude and other AI tools every day to research, draft and analyse. You check the output before anyone relies on it.

  • Write it down. Short, clear updates beat long meetings.

  • Small team, real ownership. You own outcomes, not just tasks.

How to apply

Apply through the application form on this page with your CV and a short note (under 200 words) on why this role fits you.

Shortlisted candidates do a paid test task of about 2 hours:

  1. Write a one-page brief on a person or company the CEO is meeting next week.

  2. Plan a 3-day business trip to Tokyo from Singapore: flights, hotel and a day-by-day plan, with costs.

  3. Find two Singapore grants a small travel company could apply for, and say which one to start with and why.

We look at your judgement and accuracy as much as your speed.
