Cat.treks
Full-timeSingapore, hybrid, with travel to events
You own the events that turn followers into a crew.
Full-time
cat.treks is a women-only group adventure travel brand. We take women on trips they wouldn't book alone, with a crew they haven't met yet --- and most of them come home having made real friends.
We design for the part most travel companies ignore: how a group of strangers becomes a crew. That's a product problem, not a marketing one, and it runs through everything we build.
cat.treks sits alongside ESC (snowboard camps) in the same small group. You'll have your own brand to work on and a team around you who've built one before.
You own our events from first idea to pack-down. Community meetups, pre-trip crew gatherings, launch events, workshops, pop-ups --- the occasions where women meet us, meet each other, and decide to travel with us. You make an evening feel like the start of a trip.
Create one flagship event each quarter: a unique, brand-defining event built to introduce cat.treks to new audiences, get people talking and promote the company brand
Plan the event calendar: community meetups, pre-trip gatherings for crews about to travel, launch events, workshops and pop-ups
Own each event end to end --- concept, venue, vendors, run of show, permits, pack-down
Manage event budgets, and negotiate venue and supplier rates that stretch a small budget further than it should
Work with marketing so every event has the right creatives, invites, sign-ups and follow-up
Build partnerships with venues, brands and communities that fit cat.treks and bring their own audiences
Host and run events on the day, and brief any freelancers or helpers supporting on-the-ground logistics
Track sign-ups, attendance and cost per head, and report what each event actually returned: bookings, waitlist joins, community growth
Turn each event into lasting community --- photos, recaps and follow-ups that turn attendees into travellers and advocates
Travel to trips and destinations where an on-the-ground event helps
2+ years running events end to end, in events, hospitality, community or brand marketing
Events you personally planned, budgeted and ran --- you can walk us through what worked and what didn't
Strong vendor and venue negotiation; you know where the real costs hide
Calm and practical when a supplier cancels an hour before doors
Fluent English, and comfortable presenting to and hosting a room
Experience with women's community, wellness or travel events
Content instincts --- you know which moment will make the post
Familiar with event ticketing and RSVP tools
You build the community face of an early-stage brand, not a slot in someone else's event plan
Direct access to the founders; your events shape what cat.treks is
Every event is yours to design, run and learn from
A seat on a small team that moves fast and ships real things
Time on snow at our camps, where the role allows it
Direct access to the founders, not layers of management
Room to grow the role as the company grows
