cat.treks is a women-only group adventure travel brand. We take women on trips they wouldn't book alone, with a crew they haven't met yet --- and most of them come home having made real friends.

We design for the part most travel companies ignore: how a group of strangers becomes a crew. That's a product problem, not a marketing one, and it runs through everything we build.

cat.treks sits alongside ESC (snowboard camps) in the same small group. You'll have your own brand to work on and a team around you who've built one before.

You help turn a destination into a trip women can book. You'll research, compare, cost and organise, and see how a departure goes from idea to the airport.

What you'll do

• Research destinations, stays, transport, guides and activities

• Build vendor comparison sheets: price, location, quality, terms

• Help draft itineraries and day-by-day schedules

• Support trip costing and pricing in spreadsheets

• Prepare rooming lists, transfer plans and pre-trip packs

• Keep trip details on our website accurate and up to date

• Follow up with vendors on quotes and confirmations

What you need

• Studying, or recently graduated, in tourism, hospitality, business or similar

• Good with Excel or Google Sheets

• Detail-focused. You notice when a date or a name is wrong

• Clear written English

Nice to have

• A second language useful for our destinations

• Travel planning or event experience, even informal

• You've travelled solo or on a group trip yourself
