About ESC

ESC (Every Season Counts) is a snowboard community and progression camp company based in Singapore. We run level-based camps at Bonski Guangzhou, in Japan (Hakuba, Niseko) and in Switzerland (LAAX), plus Steezy Open, our competition-festival brand.

Our riders come from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Most of them are learning to ride as adults. We help them ride better, meet their people, and come back different.

We're a small, early team. You'll own real work from week one, and you'll see what it does.

You help us show up every day where our riders scroll. You'll make content, help run campaigns and learn how paid and organic social actually drive bookings.

What you'll do

Plan and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, Threads and Xiaohongshu
Film and edit short-form video: Reels, camp clips, rider stories
Draft captions in ESC's voice, in English and Chinese
Reply to comments and DMs with the community team
Help set up ad creatives and pull weekly performance numbers
Research creators and partners for collaborations, and help brief them
Track trends and what other snow and travel brands are doing

What you need

Currently studying, or recently graduated, in marketing, communications, media or similar
You live on social and know why some posts work
Can shoot and edit decent video on a phone
Clear writing and a good eye

Nice to have

Cantonese or Mandarin
Canva, CapCut or Adobe tools
You ride, or you want to learn
