About ESC

ESC (Every Season Counts) is a snowboard community and progression camp company based in Singapore. We run level-based camps at Bonski Guangzhou, in Japan (Hakuba, Niseko) and in Switzerland (LAAX), plus Steezy Open, our competition-festival brand.

Our riders come from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Most of them are learning to ride as adults. We help them ride better, meet their people, and come back different.

We're a small, early team. You'll own real work from week one, and you'll see what it does.

You get riders off their phones and into the same room. Meetups, dry-slope sessions, pre-trip hangouts, reunions after a camp — you plan them, fill them, and host them. When a rider books a second trip because they liked the people, that's your work.

What you'll do

  • Own the Singapore events calendar: monthly meetups, dry-slope and gym sessions, film nights, pre-trip briefings, post-camp reunions

  • Find and book venues, and negotiate rates with bars, gyms, dry slopes and studios

  • Fill every event — invites, reminders, waitlists, and a plan for the people who say yes and don't show

  • Host on the day: set up, run the room, make introductions, pack down

  • Represent ESC at festivals and partner events, and run our booth

  • Keep departure groups active before each trip so riders arrive already knowing someone

  • Collect stories, photos and feedback after every event and camp

  • Track attendance, repeat attendance, and how many attendees go on to book a trip

What you need

  • 1–2 years running events, community, hospitality or activations

  • You like hosting. You can walk into a room of strangers and make it feel easy

  • Organised on logistics: venue, headcount, run sheet, budget

  • Free on evenings and weekends most weeks

  • Fluent English, plus Cantonese or Mandarin

Nice to have

  • A venue and vendor network in Singapore

  • You snowboard, or you're part of an active-sport community

  • You've grown a club, society or group from nothing

Why you'll like it

  • Flexible hours around study, another job or training

  • You'll shape how ESC feels in real life, not just online

  • Access to ESC camps and events

What every role gets

  • A seat on a small team that moves fast and ships real things

  • Time on snow at our camps, where the role allows it

  • Direct access to the founders, not layers of management

  • Room to grow the role as the company grows
