About Mission Possibly
Mission Possibly is a consortium of lifestyle consumer brands, including Every Season Counts (ESC), cat.treks, CurioTour and A Little Taller (ALT).
This role works across all brands. You will build and improve traveller-facing features and internal tools, including booking experiences, trip operations and customer support workflows.
How we work together
The Founder leads product priorities, user flows and mockups. The Contract Developer owns implementation: React/Supabase feature development, debugging, integrations, testing, deployment and documentation. You will collaborate with the Founder and relevant brand leads to clarify requirements and flag gaps in mobile layouts, loading and error states, and accessibility before release.
What you'll deliver
- Working features from agreed requirements and mockups, with clear acceptance criteria
- Reliable booking flows, traveller profiles and trip pages across our brands
- Internal tools that reduce manual work in trip operations, customer support and finance
- Secure integrations, with appropriate permissions and protection of private data
- Tested releases, safe rollback plans and clear handover documentation
- Bug fixes and ongoing improvements informed by user feedback
What we're looking for
- Actual projects you have shipped, with a live demo or private recorded walkthrough showing the work
- Clear evidence of your personal contribution, the problem solved and the outcome for users
- Practical JavaScript or TypeScript and React skills
- Ability to work with Supabase, SQL, relational data and access controls
- Evidence that you can test, deploy, debug and support software after release
- Clear communication about scope, trade-offs, blockers and delivery progress
- Availability to collaborate in Singapore timezone

- Payment integrations, booking systems or multi-currency workflows
- Postgres row-level security and server-side functions
- Mobile-first interfaces and accessibility
- AI-assisted development with independent verification of generated code
How we assess your work
Human reviewers consider project ownership, shipped outcomes and maintenance, delivery and testing, UX judgment, and communication. We look for concrete evidence and explained trade-offs rather than credentials or unsupported claims. There is no automatic rejection based on a score.
