Freelance / seasonal, per camp
ESC (Every Season Counts) is a snowboard community and progression camp company based in Singapore. We run level-based camps at Bonski Guangzhou, in Japan (Hakuba, Niseko) and in Switzerland (LAAX), plus Steezy Open, our competition-festival brand.
Our riders come from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Most of them are learning to ride as adults. We help them ride better, meet their people, and come back different.
We're a small, early team. You'll own real work from week one, and you'll see what it does.
You teach our riders on snow and look after them off it. On a camp, you're the person they trust most. You coach them from nervous first turns to riding with confidence, and you keep the whole trip running smoothly.
Teach small groups through our level-based programs (Zero to Five, Five to Fifteen, and beyond), using the ESC curriculum
Log each rider's progress on our coach assessment card after every session
Run the day: meet-up, gear check, lesson flow, breaks, wrap-up
Be the on-trip point of contact for riders — questions, nerves, small emergencies
Brief riders before the trip and follow up after it
Help build the group vibe, so riders leave with friends, not just skills
Capture short clips and photos of riders for their progress and our socials
Flag safety, gear or vendor issues to the ops team fast
Strong, confident riding and a real love of teaching beginners and adult learners
Patience. Most of our riders are learning as adults, and many are nervous
Fluent English, plus Cantonese or Mandarin
Comfortable leading a group and making calls on the spot
