Volunteer role · 10 places · Palcall Tsumagoi, Gunma, Japan · 5–11 January 2027 · Flights not included
Steezy Snow is a snowboard and ski festival by ESC (Every Season Counts), the Singapore snowsports school that runs progression camps in Japan, Switzerland and China. The Japan edition runs from 6 to 10 January 2027 at Palcall Tsumagoi, a ski-in, ski-out resort in Gunma, about 2 hours from Tokyo.
For five days, riders from across Asia ride and learn together. By day, they take pro workshops with our coaches and join community rides across the resort's 16 runs. By night, they unwind at the onsen and head to the Sound Stage and afterparties on 8 and 9 January, with the Steezy Concert on 9 January. Every rider is matched into a crew, so nobody rides alone.

The ESC Steezy Crew is a team of 10 volunteers who run the festival alongside the ESC team and coaches. You arrive before the first rider and leave after the last one.
Riders remember a festival by the people who welcomed them, got them to the right place and made the nights happen. That is this crew.
Set up the festival spaces, signage and equipment at Palcall.
Learn the resort: meeting points, lifts and venues, so you can guide riders from day one.
Lead a crew of riders through the week. Get them to meeting points on time, keep the group together, and be the first person they come to with a question.
Welcome riders when they arrive and help them settle in.
Help run the festival's activities: community rides, the Steezy Amazing Race and crew socials.
Support the Sound Stage nights and the Steezy Concert, from set-up to looking after guests on the night.
Look out for riders' safety and wellbeing, and report any issue to the ESC team straight away.
Pack down the festival spaces and equipment.
Share what worked and what we should improve at the crew debrief.
